Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy
Please be aware that all customers must obtain a returns authorisation code before returning any faulty goods. To obtain a returns authorisation code please call our customer services team on 07976786142.
We offer a variety of print methods and will select the print method that offers the best value for your order. This can be affect by the type of garment, amount of text, number of pictures and volume of you order. If you would like us to match a previous order or use a particular method is it critical that you inform us. This may affect the price of your order.
All of our shirts are carefully manufactured to the highest standards. However, a certain amount of variation in positioning and colour is normal. Unfortunately this is unavoidable and should be considered before placing your order.
If your order does not match your order please contact us so that we can arrange returning your products.
As our goods are all bespoke goods and produced to order we can not accept returns unless the goods are faulty or do not match your order.
Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to delivery goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Prints4fun.co.uk or any agent acting on behalf of Prints4fun.co.uk.
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately. Should different payment terms be agreed and the customer does not make full and final payment within those terms then Prints 4 Fun reserves the right to pass this debt to a third party for collection. Should this debt be passed to a third party then any fees incurred will be passed on to the customer.
Whilst that we endeavour to stick to our quoted turnaround times please be aware that we are very rarely subject to unexpected events which may cause us deliver goods later than our quoted turnaround. Whilst we will try to let customers know if their goods may be late we can unfortunately not offer refunds.
